Communicare - Rigshospitalet Department 4063
I collaborated with fellow students from Digital Konceptudvikling on a project for Rigshospitalet’s department 4063, which treats children with bone marrow cancer. During their stay, both the children and their parents are placed in isolation.

The department’s mostly analog workflow created a heavy paperwork burden for staff, leading to a request for a digital solution to improve communication and collaboration with parents.

Our team developed 'Communicare,' a digital platform designed to streamline communication and workflows, allowing staff to focus more on patient care.

A key learning from this project was the critical importance of user research. We conducted interviews, including a difficult but invaluable conversation with a mother who had lost her son to bone marrow cancer. Her insights deeply influenced the final solution.

My role focused on conducting interviews, extracting key insights, and design of the final platform.
